50450 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document in full before using the 50450 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the 50450 platform ("Platform"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application and all services offered by 50450.
By accessing or using the 50450 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines which forms part of this overall agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 50450 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will notify users via in-platform notices or registered email.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access the full features of the 50450 platform, you are required to register a user account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these Terms and may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. Platform 50450 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 50450 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password secure.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 50450 support team immediately and change your password. We recommend using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform.
Platform Usage Responsibilities and Rules
As a user of the 50450 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or other applicable local laws.
- Attempting to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the systems, servers, or networks associated with the 50450 platform.
- Distributing malware, viruses or any malicious code through this platform.
- Using bots, automated software, scripts or any other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud of any kind, including manipulating game outcomes, abusing bonuses, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
50450 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 50450 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via recognised local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance shortly after confirmation by the payment provider.
You are responsible for ensuring that all funds used for deposits are legitimate and not derived from unlawful activities. Platform 50450 reserves the right to freeze funds and report to the relevant authorities should there be any indication of money laundering.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and fulfilment of any applicable rollover requirements tied to bonuses or benefits received. 50450 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the platform. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the bank or service provider.
Any charges or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment provider are solely your responsibility.
Liability Limitations and Account Management Policy

Platform 50450 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors or communication failures beyond our control.
While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions, delays, or errors. 50450 reserves the right to suspend services for maintenance with reasonable prior notice.
Account Suspension & Closure
50450 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if:
- The user is in breach of any provision of these Terms.
- There is suspicious or fraudulent activity associated with the account.
- The user provided false information during registration or verification.
- Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's current policy.
- Required to comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives.
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons by the user, any eligible remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the required verification process.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the 50450 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of 50450 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property laws.

Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the 50450 platform after any amendments to these Terms are published constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes.
